In 2011, the company became an authorized distributor of Atlas Copco India Pvt. Ltd., specializing in the distribution of air compressors, spare parts, and comprehensive maintenance services. In 2017, our company became an authorized distributor of Epiroc Mining India Private Limited, expanding our portfolio to include the distribution of high-quality hammers and button bits, thereby strengthening our commitment to providing reliable and efficient drilling solutions to our clients in the mining and water well industries.

Shree Krishna Engineering & Hydraulic Co. was established as another venture, expanding its
operations into the water well drilling industry by initiating repair and maintenance services in 2010, and
later broadening its scope by venturing into the manufacturing of Down-the-Hole (DTH) drilling rigs in India,
reinforcing its commitment to innovation and excellence in the hydraulic and drilling sector.
Shree Mahalaxmi Enterprises, which was founded as an expansion initiative to diversify business
operations, has established itself as an authorized distributor of Atlas Copco India Pvt. Ltd. and Epiroc
Mining India Private Limited in the water well division, consistently delivering excellence in the fields of
sales, spare parts, and service since its inception in 2011, with a steadfast commitment to quality,
customer satisfaction, and industry expertise that has enabled the company to build a strong reputation

Shree Krishna Engineering & Hydraulic Pvt. Ltd. was established as a result of the strategic
collaboration between Shree Krishna Pneumatic and Shree Krishna Engineering & Hydraulic Co., two
well-established entities in the industry, which joined hands to form a new and dynamic company under
the name SKEH Pvt. Ltd., with the aim of leveraging their combined expertise, resources, and market
presence to enhance their capabilities, expand their reach, and deliver superior products and services
